Read full description of the books The Four Layers of Strength:I'm a big Elliott Hulse fan and have heard Elliott mention the "Four Layers" on his new videos. I decided to check it out. Overall, this 34-page book combines Elliott's philosophy from his early YouTube videos (building strength) with the philosophy that became more prominent as he developed (self-help and manhood development). Hulse shares part of his journey through the process. If you are a fan, you probably already know, but it was helpful to read nonetheless.
Overall, doesn't provide a complete guide to Hulse's "become the best version of yourself", but it provides the intellectual framework behind it. If you watch his videos, you will feel "OK, I understand what he's doing" after reading it. If you haven't watched his YouTube videos, this book can provide an invitation as the book is peppered with links to those videos.

Here is my promise to you, if you want to reach your full human potential and become the type of person that looks great, feels amazing and is respected and admired by your friends, family and strangers… then you are in the right place.
So, why should you listen to me?
Because I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the walk every single day. As the father of four children, husband to my high school girlfriend, gym owner, strength coach, pro strongman, author, producer and business owner my track record for helping people become the strongest version of themselves is top notch.
It is more important for me to support you and build our community, than to have a ton of pictures of myself flexing in the mirror or acting like a meat-head tough guy full of ego and vanity.
